FirstBell is a digital software subscription. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers who have not previously used the product. After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable. Partial-month refunds are not issued. Canceled subscriptions continue through the end of the paid billing period.
FirstBell is a digital software subscription sold by T. Hodges Co., LLC at firstbell.trade. You receive a license key and access to downloadable software delivered electronically via email immediately upon purchase. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record payment partner.
We stand behind FirstBell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

This policy applies because FirstBell is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase. Once the license key is issued and the software is downloaded, the product has been fully delivered.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your subscription management portal (link provided in your purchase receipt email). When you cancel:
Your trade journal, settings, and local data files remain on your machine after cancellation — we do not delete or lock your data.
We will evaluate refund requests outside the standard 7-day window on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us will result in immediate suspension of your license key. We will provide documentation to the payment processor showing the product was delivered and the software license key was activated.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. Residents of the European Union or other jurisdictions with statutory cooling-off periods should contact us if your local law provides rights not covered above.
